I am all for having special features like the "MALP Equip option", but these can always be added into the game at later date. If you keep on adding every good idea that comes along, the game will never be released and all that hard work will have been for naught. Get a working version of the game up, one with weapons, a few playable missions, working dialing computer etc. just all the basics of a stargate game and get it out there. Then once the bugs have been worked out of the basic version, then add these features in a couple of updates. I just want to be able to get equipped, dial a destination and then head out on an adventure. Explore some ancient ruins, discover a Jaffa out post and Zat a few of them. Sneak about taking them down one by one or just run head first with my P90 blazing, screaming "Jal kek nemran". My point is that people want to play this game as soon as possible. They were let down once before and if you make them wait just for a few extra features that can be added later and don't really effect the game too much, they will loose interest and find something else. I am really looking forward to playing this game and I honestly wouldn't care if the MALP wasn't fully drivable, just as long as it sent the adequate data back relating to the story\game play. So please, take these Ideas to heart and by all means put them in, but if it can wait to be put into an update; please just worry about getting a playable game. The bells and whistles can wait...
BANDIT Rang : Membre	Posté le 03/08/2010, 11h00 i am sure we both think the same.all these features which i suggested and the once planned before can be added later! just make a release with multiplayer support and 4 planets and a working stargate and we are all happy a while^^ something like a SVN release would be good for that^^

I'll be Teal'c, my friend and his wife will be O'Niel and Carter and I'll just need a Jackson, then we'll be all set. Just the idea of stepping through that gate with my buddies and blasting away a few Jaffa is making me tingle with anticipation :P. I saw that Beta 3.19 Video and I am impressed. You guys are doing such an awesome job and If I could find a time dilation device and travel to the future, I would do it just to play this game. When you guys finally do an English Beta please put me down on that list, I've been waiting for a game like this for years...
