for details check tortoise via google! i try to explain....the developer have a folder where they keep all game files....everytime they update a little piece user can download it! no "when comes next update?" and stuff...... a big bonus would be that we can help you guys!!!!!! just think we could add worlds!(and you add them into the game if you like them! that way the game with all worlds would be done in high speed! if you guys wanna chill you check the uploaded worlds if they are good and if you like them you add them with your changed stuff into the SVN folder,where the other guys can download them.what use is it to keep it all the time? time showed on the other games........before they were done they were canceled..... pls think about it! we could help you there with a lot! you decide what makes it into your game.... you keep control! we just make it easier for you |

hope progress is faster as your answers^^ I dont think its within their intrests to do this, you will not find many game creators who will accept this especially with a game like stargate whereas no company has EVER released a good stable game. This company are doing everthying fantastically well (If they keep it up and release the game which i have heard that the game is still in progress) so i believe that this idea could possibly spoil it for others who want to wait till the release and it could give everyone access to files before the release date, now you name me a company that lets site users have access to their game files which could possibly mean they could play the game before release and even before demo, makes no sense really? and besides the team have GREAT mappers as you can see from the pictures and want to make the game their own and i cant wait to play it and i am in full support of the group. look at that and ask you why! they developed and developed and everyone was going mad for a release and then it ended....because they dont get the progress they want or other stuff... SVN is a real smart way but unfortunatly only some think about it |

SVN is a real smart way but unfortunatly only some think about it True you may have a point but on the other hand you can come accross as biased, you are comparing this company to others which is unfair, just because other developers have FAILED because they either couldnt be botherd or had no time is a fault of their own, that does not mean these developers. If you look in the forum i think last week 1 of the testers said that the game is STILL IN PROGRESS AND WILL NOT!!! GET CANCELLED, i mean you only need to look at the screenshots to see how much progress they have made and they are FAR better than any other developer/company that has attempted to make a stargate game as most of the others looked complete rubbish whereas this game looks very professional and i dont mind waiting if they get all the details and bugs sorted |

pls dont get me wrong! i can wait. thats really not the point. true i compare this here with the other stargate games.....its sure a bit unfair. but other companys havent had the chance of gaining help its their decession what they do.but they really should think about. what they want? a awesome game with getting help or developing a nice game over years where everyone has to wait for years I fully understand what you mean, that you want updates about the game just to see where the game is going and to see if the game is currently still under development which i am also as i am a massive stargate fan and really cant wait for this game to come out, the only part that i find strange is that the game goes back to 2008ish (i think) so hopefully the full game will be released before of just after 2012 (my prediction) if we have no updates before April 2011 then i suppose that would be fair to then start questioning the game and things but hopefully things will progress and hopefully we will see updates soon  as over time i think people will start to loose faith but i am also tracking other stargate games and some are due for release early 2011 so thats a good thing to look out for but this game is far greater than any other on the net and really hope this gets released in 2012 of before and hope we get frequent updates (eg. Screenshots, videos, and so on) |

The release BEFORE 2011 not sure but we had never been so close to the Demo lol. Sorry didn't understand lol so is either the demo or full game for release before 2011? Thanks, Jamie. |

Yes sorry, I tried to make a typically French sentence in English lol. Missed What I meant is that it's not so sure the DEMO will be released in 2010 but probably early 2011 is that more understandable? Lol i wonderd for a minute then as im not too bad with translating my french but just couldn't understand that one then i thought it might just be a french saying or somthing lol also this is GREAT news, even if the demo isn't released in 2010 ( which is understandable as its not long untill 2011 anyway) going off the talk it could be released early 2011 and thats still FANTASTIC, i really cant wait play the demo  and do you and anybody else know that if the demo is released in 2011 will it be in both English and French or just French?ooo and 1 more thing, just a positive for people that have been waiting a while is MACH recently posted that we will hear some news BEFORE 2011 which its nearly 2011 anyway so this could be exciting times, NEWS IS BETTER THAN NO NEWS Thanks, Jamie. |
