Posté le 29/01/2011, 13h28 I) Introduction Any message inciting illegal downloading, infracting author's rights, diffusing porn images, racism, discrimination or any illegal practice will be removed by one the website moderator. Also, any message with abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, chocking, threatening, or with sexual content or that might break your country's law, the country where Mach Creation is hosted or international laws will also get removed by a moderator. Penalty will be taken against the offender going from warning for a minimal fault to life banishment from the website in case of engrave fault. If the infraction is really engrave et we judge it good, you're internet provider will informed. Thereby, the ip adress of each messages on the website and the forum is registered in order to fight any form of illigality. However, if a message with an illegal content remain on the forum, you have, as a member of the site, to aware a moderator of it immediatly. A tool was made available to you on the forum in order to simplify this. II General rules . SMS language is stricly forbiden on the forum and a good post redaction with a clear spelling is recommanded for a full understanding. You should also keep in mind that capslock made messages can mean you're angry or crying, please avoid making such messages. Moreover, please avoid one line messages like "super cool", "ok", etc. Putting an Uppercase at the begining of a sentence ,on your "I" and a dot at the end at the end is not an hard thing, it's a little effort we're asking you to make. . Double posting (meaning two posts by a same member following) are forbidden within the 12 hours following the previous message. Don't forget the edit function (named EDITER on the forum) wich is located in the top-right corner of your message. . It's also forbidden to steal someone's identity/pseudonym as any person of the Mach Creation Team itself. . You can in no case unveil private information about a forum member, this member only is allowed to do it. It's thereby important to respect member's private life. . A reaserch function (named RECHERCHER on the forum) is available on top of the forum, Please use it before creating a new topic to check if it does already exist. . Warning a moderator about a message: Click on the button near the post date : , a window opens with a reason list to apply to this advise: (these are in french, I'll give the english description) - Flood : The member posted a nonsence message. - Piratage : The member is inciting to pirate. - Insulte/Racisme : The member insulted someone on the forum or has written a racist message. - Lien vers contenu illicite : The member posted a link to something illegal. - SMS : The member uses the SMS language (Example: sry instead of sorry). - Hors-Sujet : The member has posted something that has nothing to do with the topic. - Autre : An other reason not given in that list. III) The warning system This one is very simple: For each post going again the quoted rules, the member will get 10% or more according to the resiousness of it's act. When bar is 100%, you get banned for 3 days or definitly. However, if you get warned but you get clean during some time, if you show that you're respecting the rules, the warning can be lowered. IV) Conclusion Admins and Moderators are allowed to remove, edit, move or lock any post/thread when this one is against the rules in that list.
